Miragroup was originally started in Australia in 1996. The business was moved to the United Kingdom in 2001 and now provides specialist Change Programme and Design Assurance services to the United Kingdom, Europe and North America.

Our Clients need to achieve successful outcomes to improve and prepare their organisation for the future. To achieve these outcomes our Clients initiate Change Programmes to make changes to their people, processes, systems and organisation.
We specialise in supporting our Clients to deliver effective Change Programmes by helping our Clients to design, manage and deliver:
- A Solution that makes changes to people, processes, systems and organisation in an integrated, planned and achievable manner.
- A comprehensive Change Programme Method and Plan to create the changes to deliver the Solution.
As our objective is to support our Clients to deliver successful outcomes for their organisation through change, we develop a customised approach to provide this support for each Client.

Capabilities |
We are engaged at the start of a Change Programme or are brought in to address Change Programmes that are at risk. As we provide support through customised methods we do not have a strict service line structure. However, the following list provides an indication of what we can do:

Every Change Programme has a unique combination of priority, risk, funding, resources, criticality and Stakeholder support. We learn about our Clients unique situation and deliver support to our Clients through a range of capabilities:
- We develop customised, structured and visible Change Programme Methods and Plans.
- We facilitate Stakeholders and subject specialists to design effective Solutions (integrated changes to people, process, systems and organisation).
- We maintain the integrity of the Solution throughout the development and implementation.
- We have a range of customised tools and techniques to analyse, design and deliver the Solutions.
- We provide coaching and range of Methods and Tools to ensure internal teams, vendors and contractors work efficiently and in a cost effective way.
- We aim to transfer our skills to our Clients.
We have worked on Change Programmes to deliver changes at a global and regional level. Rather than specify services our approach is to tailor support to suit our Clients needs.
Our Clients have applied our capabilities to:
- Develop 3 - 5 year business plans.
- Design and launch complex and high risk Change Programmes.
- Design Solutions and provide Design Assurance throughout the Change Programme development and implementation.
- Recruit, train and initiate internal Change teams.
- Redesign key areas of their business (all functions).
- Design and implement internal Methods for our Clients including Process Improvement, Systems Management, Project and Programme Management.
- Engage, guide and manage Stakeholders through change.
- Select, brief, contract and manage vendors, contractors and 3rd parties.

Delivery |
We are a small specialist consulting team committed to providing our Clients with the skills, knowledge and Methods they need. We aim to share our capabilities with our Clients to deliver their outcomes successfully. Our rates vary based on:
- The complexity of the Solution and Change Programme.
- The type of support we are asked to provide (Methods, Planning, Tools, Coaching, Resource provision, etc.)
- Whether the work will contribute to our knowledge and experience.
Our rates are negotiable and usually significantly less than our competitors.
We deliver our capabilities through a number of skills:
- Initial requirements analysis.
- Facilitate and develop Solution design (integrated design of people, process, systems and organisation).
- Design Change Programme Methods and Plans to deliver the Solution including Change Management.
- Maintain integrity of the overall Solution and Change Programme.
- Ensure the Solution and Change Programme are delivered
- Maintain the integrity of the overall Solution throughout development and implementation.
- Coach, brief, train and quality assure all resources (internal, vendor, 3rd party, contractor).
- Either act as or provide support to the Programme Manager.
We have a range of specialist skills available including Process Improvement, Systems, Organisation and Change Specialists.
All members of the Miragroup team are specialists with the right skills, knowledge, experience, commitment and attitude. Miragroup is managed by two principles but the team is a composed of permanent personnel, Associates and Affiliates.

We bring our capabilities by first understanding our Client and their needs.
A Lead Designer agrees all work with our Client by understanding what our Client needs and offering various approaches to address that need. Your Lead Designer will usually continue to be responsible for assuring the delivery of your work.
Any work we undertake will have a documented approach and stated deliverables with estimated costs and timing. We take responsibility for our quotes and will not exceed our quoted costs.

Will you work on a Change Programme that is already defined?
Yes, providing we can add value to your Change Programme.
Will you undertake leading edge, at risk and difficult Change Programmes?
Yes, we particularly enjoy complex and difficult Change Programmes.
Are you happy to work on less challenging Change Programmes?
Yes, a Lead Designer will manage any Change Programme and can develop clear, easy to follow Methods and Plans to simplify the delivery of your Change Programme.
Will you continue to be available to us in the next 3 to 5 years?
Yes, once we commit to work with a Client we will continue to be available to that Client.
Will you manage the Process, Systems and other specialist analysts?
Yes, we can source, recruit, brief, train and quality assure the analytical team. We charge a management fee to manage these teams.
Do you have enough resources?
Yes, we use a flexible resource model that allows us to adapt to demand.
